Care that compounds value.

Recurring property care for clients who want more than a mow-and-blow crew.

This department handles the respected basics — mowing, edging, blowing, bed cleanup, fertilization, and irrigation checks — but the real value is ongoing property oversight. We monitor the landscape week after week for pest pressure, fire ants, mosquito breeding areas, irrigation issues, plant decline, drainage problems, seasonal growth, and agricultural maintenance needs.

For larger properties, ranch-style homes, and acreage-adjacent landscapes, this includes chicken yard upkeep, goat-area maintenance, orchard checks, edible gardens, compost zones, native beds, pasture edges, and general land stewardship.

The goal is simple: keep the property sharp, healthy, functional, and under control before small issues become expensive problems.
