LandWorks Installer — hardscape, masonry, irrigation. Daily project work on design-build sites.
Estate Enhancement Route Crew — recurring lawn maintenance route. Same day every week.
Crew Lead / Foreman — experienced trade lead, runs a 2–4 person crew.
Driver / Helper — CDL or clean driving record. Entry-level path into the crew.

Licensed & insured — current TX license + GL + workers' comp required.
Same-crew standard — every visit documented in CompanyCam.
